I've been going here since 2010 and I have to say, this is the my favorite optical center of all time! The receptionists upfront are professional and courteous. The technicians were prompted and efficient. The technicians were always detailed when I needed to get a pair of glasses. They would ensure every aspect of my glasses felt comfortable, fitted, etc before I leave. I never had any issues when I came in for my contact lens exams or if I ordered lens through them.
I would like to highlight Dr. Rita Shah's excellence in patient care. She's professional and pays extra attention to detail. she does my post-op lasik surgery follow ups and as always, she takes great care of my eyes.
One thing that stands out about Dr. Rita is that she really does remember her patients by first name, because she never fails to ask how my family is doing.
They cater to people who have 9-5 jobs, by opening late on some weekdays until 7 and they're open on Saturdays.
